House of 3 Warriors Fitness Test

 

Adults

  • Perform 1000 kicks (200 of Front, Side, Back, Roundhouse and Stomp kick.)
  • 1000 Punches (all twisting).
  • 1000 Blocks (200 each of low, middle, high, brush and backhand).

Youth

  • Perform 500 kicks (100 of Front, Side, Back, Roundhouse and Stomp kick.)
  • 500 Punches (all twisting).
  • 500 Blocks (100 each of low, middle, high, brush and backhand).
