Black Pine Test Requirements Requirements
- 125 Cross Body Strikes, with 15 lb dumbbell (10 lb women 5 lb juniors.)
- Jog 3 miles Adult, 1.5 mile Tigers .5 mile Dragons.
- Rope Jumping 10 minutes Adult, 6 minute Tigers 4 minute Dragons.
- Strike Heavy bag for 10 minutes.
- 1000 front kicks (adult) 400 Juniors. 100 Little dragons
- Sit-ups knees bent 200 adult 100 Junior. 50 little dragons.
- Push Ups: Elbows locked, body must touch floor, 100 Adult, 40 Juniors.
